RAF Halton operates a Flying Club where servicemen and women,

Security Passes
Members are reminded that their Station Security Pass is to be worn and visible at all times when on the airfield. For flight safety reasons, when on the flight line it may be secured in a pocket etc but must still be carried.

Halton Cross Section
The information in the Ops Mgr’s Update of 17 Jan 26 was incorrect! The cross section for Halton will not be produced at all after Sun 25th Jan 26. Instead pilots are to refer to the Benson Cross Section which can be found under the “Station Products” tab on MOMIDS and searching for Benson Cross Section.
The FOB will be updated accordingly at the Jul 26 review.

HAC FOB
The HAC FOB has been updated and all pilots T Cards have been put “in the RED“. Please read the latest version (1 Jan 26) and sign as having done so before returning your T Card to GREEN.

Airfield Closure 8 Feb 26
Caffeine and Cars will be hosting another event on the airfield on 8 Feb 26. Details are as below:
- Sunday 8th Feb
- 0900 – 1400 (Plus 1 hour for clear up and tear down, back to normal by 1500)
- Parking on the Pan for all attending cars, access to hangar 3 to set-up their brew facilities in the open area within the hangar.
The layout of the event will be very similar to last time, RAFP, as well as an airfield representative, will be present on site for the duration of the event, with aircraft and access to any other extremities of the hangar cordoned off and sign posted to stop prying eyes.
More details will follow in the coming weeks whence more is confirmed, but due to the later ending time, as well as lack of daylight currently for this time of year, the airfield will be Closed for the duration of the day and there will be no access to HAC before 1400.
