RAF Halton operates a Flying Club where servicemen and women,
regardless of rank or trade, and affiliated civilians have the opportunity
of learning to fly, which dates back to 1925.

TM ENGINE RUNNING IN PROCEDURE
TM has had new cylinders fitted and the engine needs to be run in in accordance the procedure detailed in the notice in the Ops Rm.

OIL USE & RECORDING (Revision 3)
(C152 minimum qty change)
PA28s. Add 1 quart of 15/50 oil when level reaches 5 qts.
C152s**. Add 1 quart of 15/50 oil when level reaches 4.5 Qts.
** (see temporary special instruction for TM)
Record what you add on the payment sheet.
There is now a stock of 15/50 oil in the oil cabinet in the BFI; Record what you take in the book and notify me when we are down to 2 quarts remaining so we don’t run out
