2021 APPLICATION PROCESS – NOW LIVE!

From 14th Feb 2021 all existing members (including reciprocal and social) and those on the waiting list can apply for membership for 2021-22.  New Full Members can apply at that time also. Those wishing to join for the new Club year should download and complete the application form below and e mail it to the Membership Sec no later than 1st March to be considered for membership.  Only e mailed applications will be processed.  No monies are to be sent at this time. New Associate members can apply at any time after 14th Feb 2021, but their applications will be considered after renewing members’ applications.
 
On 1st March 2021 the Membership Sec will compile list of applications received (1) for Chairman’s consideration showing:
  1.  All those who qualify for Full Membership.
  2. All those who qualify for Associate or F9 (Veterans) membership.
  3. The number of applicants for Associate or F9 (Veterans) membership that can be admitted within the RAFSA rules.

By 14th March 2021 the Chairman will identify which applications for Associate Membership and F9 (Veterans) are to be accepted.

By 21st March 2021 the Membership Sec will notify those successful applicants (both Full and Associate) requesting payment of membership fee (by BACS) no later than 31st March. If payment is not received by 15th April, the offer of membership will be withdrawn and offered to the next eligible applicant on the list.

On 1st April the Membership Sec will notify all unsuccessful applicants and place them on the waiting list.

(1) Applications received after 1st March will be dealt with in order of receipt, but the same criteria for Veteran and Associate Membership will be applied
