All HAC members are reminded that they MUST have on their person either an Airfield Pass (purple coloured) or a valid MOD Military or Civil Service or Contractor ID Card AT ALL TIMES inside the barrier at the airfield.
In the interests of Flight Safety Passes need not be displayed when outside and you should not be challenged by Station security personnel if you are on the flight line and conducting any flying related activity (eg checks, refuelling, sanitising etc); if you are challenged in these circumstances please inform the Ops Mgr at the earliest opportunity.
Out of date passes will be accepted until 31 May 2021 by which time the COVID backlog will have been cleared. Thereafter only an in-date pass will be acceptable.
