Course Overview
Gain experience and practice in making, listening to and responding to radio calls to various Air Traffic Service Units (ATSU).
You are on an imaginary flight across England, what calls would you need to make and to whom from the time you start the engine to the time you finish your journey? You have a flight plan which visits several airfields and transits different classes of airspace. From White Waltham via Gloucester, Wellesbourne Mountford AFISO and Cranfield via Turweston overhead.
Classes are held at agreed days and times each week for up to 3 students. Costs are £30 per student per session.
