Please take time to read the following important information:
Security
During the week, the RAF Police conducted an exercise on the Airfield. A suspect package was placed at the entrance to 2 Hangar and monitored by the team. Two people were observed to walk past the obvious package and ignore it. Whilst at RAF Halton, you must remember to:
- Keep your wits about you.
- Immediately report anything or anyone that you think suspicious.
- Ensure your name is on any bags/rucksacks (etc) that you bring to the HAC.
- HAC Key-fobs (available from Adi) also assist in identifying your kit.
- Ensure your Pass and Club Membership Card (or MOD F90 for Service pers) are up to date.
- Close-up all doors, windows, blinds, lights and fuel compound if you are last to leave the Club.
Aircraft Fleet
The Tecnam and 3rd C-152 will be returned to the flying programme over the next 2-weeks. Watch the EBS.

Thu 27 May – Committee Meeting.
Sat 3 Jul – Station Families Day (RAF Halton-based families only due to Covid restrictions, but 4 volunteers required to run the HAC static display – please reply to this email).
Sun 4 Jul – Flyout to Henstridge (LAA Tour).
Sat 17 Jul – Virtual Air Tattoo.
Aug-Sep (TBC) Flyouts to Breighton and Shobdon.
20-24 Sep – HAC UK Mini Exped – precise details TBC, but likely to be 3 nights/4 days.
TBD – Restart of Tuesday Social Evenings.
