Members Lounge Flight Test

With the lack of flying lately members have been down helping out around the club, cleaning windows, removing bugs from the lights and freshening up the club.  We still have a few things left on the list so pop down and give us a hand.

With all the help and ideas it has allowed us to trial having your very own members lounge.  The new lounge features views of the airfield, access to outside to sit on the benches and more importantly a brighter room to talk about flying!

The honesty shop has also been updated (see picture below).  You now have a variety of crisps along with coffee pods for use in the nesspresso machine.

So what are you waiting for……..come down and try it for yourself! Remember, this is your club!

As you can imagine the activities are all based around aviation and the children get the opportunity to visit the airfield and sit in the aircraft.

A big well done to Mike Russell and the rest of the STEM team for all their hard work making all this possible. You can see from the film how much the children enjoy it.
