A massive thanks to all that have volunteered to represent the HAC at RIAT this year. Please try to wear branded HAC clothing and don’t forget to bring Factor 50 and plenty of water!

UK TOUR 2025 – 4-6 SEP
The response has been fantastic to attend this great event. We will form email and WhatsApp groups in the coming week which will be used to co-ordinate planning activity. However, we will need to formally meet face-to-face. The meetings are provisionally scheduled for:
> Thu 31 July – 1900hrs (60 mins)
> Mon 1 Sep – 1900hrs (90 mins)

PARTNERS FLYOUT/NITESTOP 26-27 JUL
With no volunteer to plan and run this event, the Partners Flyout is cancelled.

UK TOUR – 4-6 SEPTEMBER 2025

The UK Tour will take place between Thu 4-Sat 6 Sep. The draft itinerary is:

> Thu 4th – Halton – Dunkeswell (lunch) – Newquay (dinner & night stop)
> Fri 5th – Newquay – St Mary’s (lunch) – Swansea (dinner & night stop)
> Sat 6th – Swansea – Tatenhill (lunch) – Halton.

For PA-28s and C-152s this will be approx 8 hrs’ flying split between 2 crew members. There will be 2 planning meetings (dates TBD) and each attendee will be given duties to conduct on behalf of the Team. This is a brilliant way to expand your flying horizons in a supervised environment. ACTION REQUIRED: If you would like to be considered for the Tour, please email mark.manwaring@haltonaeroclub.co.uk with your preferred aircraft type ASAP. UK Tour bookings will take priority over those dates.
